11月18日，国内知名电器品牌格力迎来了30岁的生日。
不少员工在 30 周年签名墙写上周末能“双休”的心愿，引起网上热议。
22日下午，格力官方微博宣布，将单双休工作制调整为双休工作制，工作时间改为上午 8:30-11:45；下午 13:30-17:30。
正当格力员工庆祝“双休”革命胜利成果之时，远在大洋彼岸的美国掀起了一场“大辞职”浪潮。
